Research

ESBL’s research is primarily focused on finding solutions. As part of that process, we develop products and services, offer architecture consulting, and teach. We also conduct basic scientific research, most recently studying the microbiology of the built environment. Our research has resulted in the development of notable pieces of research equipment for our own and others’ use, including our Climate Chamber, mirrored-box artificial skies, heliodons, and wind tunnels.
